Adams & Martin Group is building a pipeline of Foreign Language Document Review Attorneys for ongoing and upcoming multilingual litigation and investigation projects throughout 2026 and beyond. These contract roles are ideal for attorneys with foreign language proficiency seeking flexible, project-based work with a clearly defined scope.

Your Role on the Project

  • Review large volumes of documents in one or more foreign languages for relevance, privilege, confidentiality, and key issues
  • Apply accurate legal judgment when reviewing non-English materials, including idiomatic and culturally nuanced language
  • Code and organize foreign language documents within standard eDiscovery platforms, following language-specific review protocols
  • Identify and flag responsive or privileged documents, escalating translation ambiguities or language-specific issues to supervising attorneys
  • Collaborate with project leadership on language-specific coding guidelines and terminology standards
  • Meet production and accuracy targets while maintaining consistency across multilingual document sets
  • Work independently on foreign language review queues while remaining responsive to project leadership

Your Credentials

  • JD from an accredited law school; active license in good standing (any U.S. jurisdiction; CA preferred but not required)
  • Native or near-native fluency in one or more foreign languages required; written legal proficiency is essential
  • 2+ years of litigation and/or document review experience; candidates with demonstrated foreign language review experience strongly preferred
  • Prior experience with multilingual or cross-border litigation, international investigations, or foreign language privilege review a significant plus
  • Proficiency with Relativity, DISCO, Concordance, Everlaw, Viewpoint, or similar eDiscovery platforms
  • Strong attention to detail and written communication in both English and the target language(s)
  • Ability to follow structured protocols and meet production goals in a multilingual review environment
